We have travelled in Arizona. We have visited differents places and we have learned a lot of interesting things ! The first indians have lived in Arizona between the XVIe before J.C and the Xe millénium before J.C. In 1539, Marcos de Niza has discovered Arizona travelling from Spain. Then white people began to live there.
The wren bird, the saguaro cactus blossom and Palo Verde are the most important symbols of Arizona.
First, we have travelled to Phoenix which is the biggest city of the state and it ‘s also its capital. The town is in the heart of the desert named Sonoran wich is the biggest north american desert. The nickname of Phoenix is » sun valley ». We took the tramway and the bus but we walked a lot ! There is no enough buses and subways in Phoenix !
We also visited the Tall Canyon and the Wave in Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness. It was so amazing ! We also have visited Flagsaff. This city is on a mountain which is covered with hardwood pines. The view is beautiful and it it was cool !
